University of Ottawa professor Seymour Mayne kicks this year off with his 76th publication, consisting of his selected compilation of 14-line word sonnets translated in four languages: English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
“We want the conversation around mental health to be open, free, and welcoming — there shouldn’t be a stigma attached to discussing mental health, and you aren’t “weak” for opening up about your struggles,” says co-ordinator Terry Wang.
“These women have largely been ignored in research, thus our knowledge about how they respond to various exposures is unknown, and that needs to change.”

‘“No matter what, you are one of us,’ was actually a jab at the university, meant to address the sheeple culture that plagues academic institutions,” Matt explained. “I figured they would just paint over it. But you know the U of O, always defying the conventional.”
